Master & Dynamic, in collaboration with neurotechnology company Neurable, has introduced the MW75 Neuro, the first consumer-grade headphones with brainwave-tracking capabilities. Released in the U.S. in September 2024, these innovative headphones use electroencephalography (EEG) sensors to monitor brain activity, providing real-time feedback on focus levels and mental fatigue. This advanced brain-computer interface (BCI) technology helps users manage productivity, offering suggestions for optimal concentration times and breaks to prevent burnout.
The headphones are an upgrade of the MW75, now integrated with Neurable's AI-powered platform. Users can track their cognitive performance through the Neurable mobile app, available for both iOS and Android, which offers brainwave summaries and tips for improving focus. Additionally, the MW75 Neuro maintains Master & Dynamic's high-end audio quality, featuring 40mm Beryllium drivers, adaptive noise cancellation (ANC), and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity.
Priced at $699, the MW75 Neuro is currently available in the U.S., with plans to launch in Europe and the UK by Spring 2025. This product marks a significant step in merging neuroscience with personal audio for a better work-life balance.
