Samsung has officially revealed its first smart ring, the Galaxy Ring, at the Unpacked event in Paris today, following months of speculation. Designed to offer a sleek alternative to traditional smartwatches, the Galaxy Ring focuses on 24/7 health monitoring, particularly excelling in sleep tracking through advanced AI algorithms integrated with the Samsung Health app.

The Galaxy Ring will come in nine sizes and three color options—Titanium Black, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Gold—to ensure a perfect fit and comfort. With the growing demand for discreet wearables, the Galaxy Ring caters to those seeking a minimalist device for health tracking. It also boasts 5 to 9 days of battery life.

Samsung confirmed that the Galaxy Ring will be available in select markets, with a global release starting in October 2024. Initially, it will launch in regions like Australia, with a broader rollout expected soon after.
