Littelfuse has expanded its popular IX434x series with the release of the IX4341 and IX4342 dual 5-amp low-side MOSFET gate drivers, designed to deliver high-speed performance for a wide range of industrial applications. These drivers are particularly suited for high-frequency environments due to their ultra-fast propagation delays of just 16 nanoseconds and rise and fall times as short as 7 nanoseconds.
Key features include compatibility with both TTL and CMOS logic inputs, ensuring seamless integration with most controllers, and a flexible design that allows engineers to parallel two channels for higher current needs, supporting up to 10A. The inclusion of under-voltage lockout (UVLO) functionality further enhances device protection and reliability.
